Support for Bangladesh’s Future

The student leaders who met with Ambassador Yao, such as Nahid Islam and Asif Mahmud, have stepped into positions within the interim government led by renowned economist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Muhammad Yunus. Yao emphasized the importance of the young generation’s contributions towards promoting unity, stability, and development in Bangladesh. He reaffirmed China’s commitment to non-interference in Bangladeshi internal matters and expressed respect for the nation’s chosen developmental path.
