Farhad Mazhar Visits Pundarik Dham ISKCON Temple

Renowned poet and political philosopher Farhad Mazhar recently visited the Sri Sri Pundarik Dham temple, administered by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) in Hathazari, Chattogram. The principal of Pundarik Dham and the Central Organizing Secretary of ISKCON, Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari, extended a warm welcome to the esteemed visitor.
It is reported that Farhad Mazhar entered the Pundarik Dham temple at 12:40 pm. Subsequently, at approximately 3 pm, Farhad Mazhar departed the temple premises. During a private meeting that lasted for approximately two and a half hours, Mazhar engaged in a conversation with Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari within the temple’s inner room. However, the specific nature of their discussion remains undisclosed.
On Sunday, Bangladesh Sanatan Jagran Mancha and Bangladesh Sammilita Minority Jote merged to form the unified organization known as “Bangladesh Sammilita Sanatani Jagaran Jote.”
Hathazari Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC), Habibur Rahman, has confirmed that the model police provided security services to the esteemed poet Farhad Mazhar during the duration of their visit.
